The Personal Touch
We're Tori and Ryan, a couple born and raised in Bloomington-Normal, IL. We lovingly transformed our lovely duplex, originally built by our grandparents, into a true oasis.

Our love for our hometown inspired us to fill a gap we noticed in short-term rentals within Bloomington-Normal. As Millenials who grew up in the era of cell phones, the internet, arcades, and gaming consoles like Xbox and PlayStation, we wanted to create a space that’s not just a place to stay, but a fun, welcoming environment where friends and family can gather and make memories.
Everything at House of Games has the personal touch. We’ve curated a selection of games and designed this Airbnb vacation rental so that guests have a truly memorable experience. We’re your hosts, so when you stay with us, we’ll go above and beyond to make it perfect!
Vintage Inspiration
Not all arcade games are equal…and every true video gamer cherishes the arcade classics from the 80s and 90s.
We’ve collected fan favorites in our classic arcade game room including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Wars Pinball, Big Buck Hunter, Marvel Super Heroes, and more. You’ll find even more vintage favorites in our classic video game console room like Street Fighter II and Mario Kart 64.
And, of course, no vintage arcade game room experience would be complete without low-tech favorites like foosball and air hockey. We’ve got it all so you can experience an authentic blast from the past.

Unique Party Venue
We want our guests to have a fun, safe, and private place to throw a party, and that is what you get here. Whether your “party” is your immediate family, or if you want to invite all of your friends and relations, we’ve set up our arcade game room venue to accommodate what you need.
As a vacation rental, House of Games sleeps 10 overnight guests and includes two bedrooms with two queen-size beds each, a pull-out bed, and a couch. There’s a fully-stocked kitchen, dining and living room areas, and a spacious back yard with outdoor seating, fire pit, and grill.
As a nice touch to complete the wow factor, we love to offer complimentary ice cream in the freezer and sodas in our vintage soda cooler. Because everyone knows that no gaming session is complete without some sweet treats.
