• Guest receives 50% refund if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

  • Upon booking you were required to put 50% of the quoted price down to reserve your date. If canceled within 14 days of your arrival and you put 50% down initially instead of the full amount no additional money shall be refunded.
