1. Guitar Hero III
Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock is one of the options you’ll have on the Wii in our classic video game console room. Released in 2007, this version of Guitar Hero retains the same basic gameplay as the previous versions with guitar-shaped controllers for lead, bass, and rhythm guitar parts.
The game offers over 70 epic rock songs including "Paint It Black" by The Rolling Stones, "Cherub Rock" by The Smashing Pumpkins, "Sabotage" by Beastie Boys, "The Metal" by Tenacious D, "My Name is Jonas" by Weezer, "Rock and Roll All Nite" by Kiss, "School's Out" by Alice Cooper, "Talk Dirty to Me" by Poison, "Slow Ride" by Foghat, "Barracuda" by Heart, and "Down 'n Dirty" by L.A. Slum Lords. If you’re a fan of Guitar Hero and classic rock, be prepared for hours of fun!
2. Big Buck Hunter
If you’ve ever spent time in an arcade, you’ve certainly played Big Buck Hunter. This classic shooting game, which we have in our basement arcade, simulates a hunting trip in which the players try to take out the bucks as they run across the scene.
The bucks get more difficult to shoot as the gameplay progresses. The round ends when a female animal is shot. Players encounter different “conditions” like fog and snow, and points are determined by factors like accuracy, animal size, and distance. It’s fun to play on your own or with a partner.
3. Capcom Street Fighter II
Street Fighter II: The World Warrior is a favorite for anyone who grew up during the 1990s! This fighting game was originally released for arcades in 1991 as a sequel to the original Street Fighter. Its improved features include special command-based moves, a combo system, six buttons, and a wider selection of characters and fighting styles.
Some people regard it as one of the greatest video games of all time. At the very least, it has influenced the fighting game genre and the video game industry as a whole, as well as popular culture. Come and experience it for yourself!
4. Mario Kart 64
Also the second game version of a classic game, the Mario Kart 64 racing game is iconic. It has the basic features of the original Mario Kart including driving in “karts” with Super Mario cast members, and throwing turtle shells and other weapons to hinder opponents. However, it has several enhancements, including mini-turbo boosts from drifting, different color shells, the option to play with four people, new characters like Wario and Donkey Kong, and 3D graphics.
In other words, you could say that this game defined Mario Kart for generations to come. Come play the original for yourself!
5. Star Wars Pinball
It’s not an arcade without pinball, and there’s no better classic pinball machine than Star Wars Pinball. The sound effects, the Star Wars Theming, and the layout of the game make it fun for any generation of Star Wars fans.
